Prologix® Warranty 2020

WARRANTY

We stand behind our products 100% as we are committed to providing high quality products to achieve a positive practice experience. Prologix products purchased direct from our website store or from an authorized Prologix dealer are warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship.  If you believe you have a product situation which may be subject to a possible manufactured defect and needs an up-close review for consideration of our warranty coverage please follow the below guidelines in addition to our Return Authorization procedure.


COVERAGE

  • PAD BASE - Pad bases are covered under a limited lifetime warranty to the purchaser against ply separation and material failure from a result of manufacturing.
  • RIMS - Rims are warranted to the purchaser against defective materials and craftsmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • PAD SURFACE - All top adhered playing surfaces are warranted to the purchaser against defective materials and craftsmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • NON- COVERAGE ITEMS

    The following items are not covered under the Prologix warranty; brush insert normal wear, any pad resistance insert with normal wear, Thunderkick inserts normal wear, and any damage to pad bases or rims from improper transportation. The Prologix warranty becomes void on all products that have been modified or exposed to extreme conditions.


    LIMITATIONS

    All Prologix practice products are not warranted against physical abuse, neglect, misuse, temperature, humidity, and/or accidental damage.


    RETURN AUTHORIZATION

    Please submit your inquiry to us at  contact@prologixpercussion.com with a detailed description of your situation and an attached proof of purchase. In addition, please include/attach product images and/or video showing the details of concern for your return. We will then review your submission to determine if your product is approved for a return to have a final up-close review. If your product is approved for a final up-close review, we will issue you a UPS call tag to place on your package and return the product to Prologix at the address below. Once we receive your product, we will complete a final up-close review of which we will repair or replace your product at no charge. If for any reason your product is refused during our up-close review for reasons of neglect, abuse, or accidental damage the product will be returned to the customer and billed for all shipping charges incurred by Prologix.
