these are fire. the tones on them, especially the mid and low tom sound fantastic, and the feel of the skin is very similar to playing an acoustic kit. i bought these to **** onto 8mm cymbal arms and they work perfectly. much better than the tama practice kit because you can put the toms wherever you want - this is really important if you care about drum ergonomics. my only complaint is that i wish the snare pad was actually a little bit louder. i am using the tom pads, but for the snare i decided to stick with my evans realfeel pad. this is because the snare pad is so quiet that the balance between my kick pad, zildjian L80s and snare is off. besides that, perfect practice kit. thank you prologix
I already have the red pad, which I really enjoy to develop my sticking, but I love my new 8” green pad. It feels very realistic and the rebound is terrific.
