Shipping policy

U.S. DIRECT - FREE SHIPPING

All domestic orders placed directly by individual customers via our website store located within the U.S. will ship standard ground free of charge through any of our shipment providers.  Prologix does not offer shipping to P.O. boxes and/or provide drop shipments to individual customers. Prologix considers all orders placed as valid and immediately applicable. All orders are valid unless cancelled by the customer prior to shipping. Prologix reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any order after it has been packed and shipped.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECT - SHIPPING RATES APPLY

All International orders placed directly by individual customers via our website store located outside the U.S. will be charged the international shipping rates per method of shipment selected at the time of order. Prologix is not liable for any additional international shipping fees, import taxes, and/or duties that may occur during delivery by shipping provider. Any additional shipping charges as stated are of the individual customer’s responsibility once the order is placed.  Prologix ® considers all orders placed as valid and immediately applicable. WARRANTY

We stand behind our products 100% as we are committed to providing high quality products to achieve a positive practice experience. Prologix products purchased direct from our website store or from an authorized Prologix dealer are warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Please see our warranty for further details.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Any damaged, defective, or inaccurate products must be reported immediately within 2 business days from delivery of shipment via email to contact@prologixpercussion.com or they will not be accepted by Prologix. Any damaged shipments that have been already signed for must be reported to your original shipment provider.  Once the product has been returned, we will conduct an evaluation to repair and/or replace the product.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please submit your inquiry  to us at  contact@prologixpercussion.com with a detailed description of your situation and an attached proof of purchase. In addition, please include/attach product images and/or video showing the details of concern for your return. We will then review your submission to determine if your product is approved for a return to have a final up-close review. If your product is approved for a final up-close review, we will issue you a UPS call tag to place on your package and return the product to Prologix at the address below. Once we receive your product, we will complete a final up-close review of which we will repair or replace your product at no charge. If for any reason your product is refused during our up-close review for reasons of neglect, abuse, or accidental damage the product will be returned to the customer and billed for all shipping charges incurred by Prologix.
