Method practice pads are foundational practice pads for beginners, students, and professionals alike. The pad features a dual sided design with our Green Logix, .217”/5.5mm gauge, optimum rebound playing surface for dexterity training on one side and our Midnight Vortex, .315”/8mm gauge, articulate playing surface for rudimental chop training on the opposite side. All Method Series practice pads are manufactured with Prologix premium materials and are guaranteed to meet our company standards of high quality craftsmanship.

    Just get this one and get back to practicing!

    Nice and heavy so it doesn’t scoot around and I like the different amounts of rebound on the two sides. Great customer service too!

    Great little Pad!

    I use the 6'' Method pad for warming up before gigs. Has excellent rebound to get the hands warmed up. I dont want to "work" my hands hard before having to play a 3 hour set. So the green side of this pad is perfect to get my hands up to speed. The black side is nice for more of a workout. For a 6'' pad it's surprisingly heavy which helps with bounce & stability. Easily fits in my stick bag.

    Bought this as a quieter alternative to my Offworld invader pad. Both surfaces feel really good to play on. Great job Prologix!

    Mini Method Pad

    Was looking for a smaller pad for the purpose of travel and the Mini Method was the right solution. I'd say its only competitor is the Tap-Off Mini by Tapspace, but this pad is even smaller in diameter making it lighter in weight. The rubber side is also more resistant which is great for chop building on the fly, and it makes the pad sound quieter than other competitors. Lastly, the black articulate side is great for practicing in busy/noisy environments, and if you want to hear clarity in rudimental passages. Overall, it's a great pad for on-the-go practice, and I'm glad I got to add it to my Prologix practice pad collection.
