Slow and overpriced

Prologix is overpriced compared to its quality. It took them over a whole week to send someone to the warehouse and ship the practice pad, all while still changing full price for fast shipping. Pad tracks are ribbed and brush wires get caught when playing.

Hello Dragan,

We appreciate your Brushtracks review and would like to address your concerns and timeline of events.

Price and Quality:
Please understand that all Prologix products are American Made using high quality materials and craftsmanship.
Brushtracks are manufactured using a high quality PVC sheet to prevent any warping and extend the life of the product considering abrasion, weather conditions and handling of the product.

Printing and Ink:
We use a UV priniting method for maximum abrasion resistance and adhesion which will last a lifetime with proper care.
The UV ink on the surface is 10-15 microns which is less than 1mm (1000 microns) gauge in thickness using a UV cure process to prevent scuffing and ultra durabillity. We are confused to how your brush gets caught when using. the product. You may want to ensure you are using brushes that are in like new condition and do not have any bent ends to prevent getting caught on any surfaces.

Shipping abd Delivery:
Your order was placed on July 22 and shipped USPS on July 25th from Ohio to Texas with delivery on the 29th. With that said, your order was shipped in 3 days as stated at the time of order and delivered in a week from time order your was placed.
We paid additional charges to get the package to you in a shorter time as we understand the 3 day order to ship time. Please understand that we just moved our entire company operations and are working overtime with a limited team to regain our full operational capacity. We want our customers to still be able to place and receive orders so thank you for your understanding.

We appreciate your business and please contact us with any further questions or concerns at contact@prologixpercussion.com

All the best and practice proud!

Big fan of the practice pad. It's not overly textured, so if you want, you could get the same mileage out of playing on any random surface. It gets scuffed up a bit, but you can wipe it down with water and make it look brand new.

I find that it's helping me practice, though. The train tracks are great. Get Anthony's book too!

Highly Recommend

If you are into a no kidding structured method this curriculum is for you! Combine this with the videos as well as YouTube vids and you are set! 2 weeks of dedicated study has helped me expand my capabilities playing brushed to where my bandmates took notice. Thank you!!

Finally a great brush pad

I had always been a "fake it" brush player. However in the last year or so I have decided to change that. I like having a pad that's portable that I can use in front of the tv or on the deck, as well as putting on a snare or pad.

the train tracks are a bonus, and I really like them to help with the choreography of the brushes when playing laterally. (and really help when following anthony's book).

Two things I'd change.

I'd find it helpful to have a figure 8 also printed on it (even if light print)

Also, the notch on the pad at the 6o'clock position is a bit large for my taste, and occasionally my brush wires get stuck in the hole. If you have to have one, i guess thats the best place, but either a piece of tape attached to the bottom to be used as a puller or make the hole smaller would help
