Shipping Terms and Conditions

PROLOGIX ® TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ProLogix ® considers all orders placed as valid and immediately applicable. The order is valid unless cancelled by the customer prior to shipping. ProLogix ® reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any order after it has been packed and shipped.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

All items received should be immediately inspected for defects, damage, missing items, etc. Any damaged, defective or inaccurate doing should be reported immediately within 10 days or will not be accepted by ProLogix ® .

UPS/RPS Items with visible damage should be refused unless it can be verified that there is no damage to the product. Damaged items that have been already signed for must be reported to UPS/RPS that will be picked up by a call tag issued by UPS/RPS. After Item is returned we will replace the item or credit your account.

RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS

Call or write ProLogix ® with the following information: Product, Invoice Number, Date, and Reason for Return. ProLogix ® will then issue a Return Authorization Number. The RA # is to be written on the outside of the shipping package in a visible place. Returns without this RA # will be refused. ProLogix ® will issue a UPS call tag upon request with proof of receipt of defective store items and will repair or replace these items with freight prepaid. A consumer return is valid with proof of date of purchase. Consumers are responsible for round trip freight charges.

BACKORDERS

In the event of a backorder the item will be indicated on your invoice. Any backorder items will be shipped when first available.
